Weekly group sessions are held at farm with an experienced meditation practitioner.

Equine-guided meditation is a mindfulness meditation method. Paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, without judgement. Mindful meditation is moment to moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, sensations and surroundings. Meditation with horses helps people become centered, have a clear mind and become focused. Horses truly are tuned in to energy and emotion. They help us create healing and calming vibrations and support us on our path to find peace in the present.

About Equine Therapy-Coaching-Learning-Self Discovery

Animal therapy and equine therapy, has been studied for its potential benefits in various health conditions and populations. The research on animal therapy has been found to have positive effects on physical and emotional well-being.

One area of research has been in mental health, where animal therapy has been found to be effective in reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD in adults and children. Studies have also shown that animal therapy can improve social skills, self-esteem, and emotional regulation in individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Research has also shown that animal therapy can have a positive effect on the physical health of individuals. Studies have found that horses can lower blood pressure, decrease symptoms of chronic pain, and improve cardiovascular health in adults. Animal therapy has also been found to have positive effects on children with cancer, by reducing symptoms of nausea and anxiety.

Horses have proven to help by reducing stress, increasing social interaction, and promoting emotional well-being.

Research suggests that horses can be a valuable addition to traditional treatment and can help to improve the physical and emotional well-being of a wide range of individuals.
